Click here for nomination form Form closes March 7, 2025 at 12:00pm! 2026 Theme: "The Tough Get Going" This year’s theme honors women who have faced and overcome significant adversity, whether personal or professional, as individuals or within a group. These honorees exemplify resilience, strength, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Their stories highlight their ability to rebuild stronger, solve problems creatively, and inspire others by preventing future hardship or paving the way for better solutions. Nominators should consider how the candidate has demonstrated resilience and leadership when faced with challenges, whether by innovating in the workplace, guiding others through difficulty, or serving as a pillar of strength within their community. This theme seeks to celebrate women whose perseverance inspires action, change, and progress for others.
