Hot Topics of 2023: Great Resignation, Silent Quitting and DE&I

The WELD Pittsburgh Chapter is excited to welcome three influential leaders in the Pittsburgh community who will come together to share their unique perspectives on the “Hot Topics” we’ve been hearing so much about.

Human Resources departments across the country are experiencing the Great Resignation as well as Silent Quitting. While managing the turmoil that comes along with workforce demands and hardships, organizations are trying to focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

The executive women’s series focuses on topics relevant to women at advanced levels in their careers or businesses and provides a great opportunity for women to connect with their peers across the community.
