For-Profit and Public Company Financials – a Board Member’s Perspective - Part 3 - Working Session
WELD is excited to offer this bonus 3rd session as a part of the 2025 series on corporate board financials featuring Charles A. Oshurak, Principal, Urish Popeck, Board of Trustee, Indiana University of PA, and Treasurer, Holy Sepulcher. Every board member doesn’t need to be a CPA, but every board member should be able to read, interpret and ask questions about their organization’s financial statements. Every board member’s role includes the fiscal responsibility of the organization, and all boards need to be able to review accurate up-to-date financial information to make educated and informed decisions. Help increase your financial literacy by reducing the mystery of budgets, financial reports, financial ratios and audits. This session will include an interactive working session where we openly walk through case study and practice identifying questions which could be asked and discussed through your Board of Directors meeting.
