A Different Team: Building Extraordinary Teams

Please join us in welcoming Susan Alexander, PCC, Executive and Life Coach, Rosebud Coaching and Consulting, LLC, as she discusses how trust impacts relationships within a team. Imagine that you could significantly impact the quality of the relationships among the members of your team AND the results they produce. In this workshop, you will see that at the core of an effective team is the level of trust. While we often think that trust is something we either have or don’t have, in this session you will be introduced to a new kind of intelligence that directly impacts the level of trust you and your team members experience in every interaction.

In this workshop you will learn:

• What is happening in your brain, when you either experience a sense of Trust or Distrust in a conversation and how that experience impacts the actions you take.

• Communication behaviors/styles that positively or negatively impact team trust

• The impact of a high level of Trust on the results your team produces.

• How to build more trust in your Team and the role of integrity–

‒ By making the space safe,

‒ Knowing the kinds of words/phrases that build trust and those that decrease the level of trust,

‒ By shifting the focus of the team conversations from “Me” to “We”
